Introduction
BeyondLife is an NFT platform that enables artists, several brands, and creators to launch their NFT on their launchpads.
I worked closely with them to build the their brand’s foundation and design system. Together we created a minimal yet dynamic framework, enabling BeyondLife to showcase and auction off the beautiful NFT projects. The website has a minimalistic approach which intends to enhance their content and gives room to echo BeyondLife’s principles of simplicity and artist first approach.
Role and Responsibility
As the Design Consultant my role was to drive the Brand and UX Strategy of the website. I worked closely with the CEO and COO of BeyondLife to create the designs. Over the course of the project I was involved in the following activities -

As this engagement was about laying the foundation of the brand, I felt that it was my responsibility to keep the design scalable and customisable for the future.

Entering an already swamped industry of cryptocurrency and design templates, BeyondLife were looking to stand out from the rest of the global e-commerce products.

Brad Frost’s Atomic Design approach seemed relevant for the BeyondLife’s design system. It helped define and organise the elements and their logic. Additionally, it enabled the system to become teachable and scalable as required.

I left the project immediately after the design handoffs. Unfortunately, somewhere in the development phase the designs got misrepresented. The current version of the website has become distant from the initial vision of simplicity. Hence, if possible I would see through the development phase and ensure the finalised designs are followed.
