In 2020 Subex went through corporate restructuring. With this new energy, they decided to improve their existing line of telemetric products and merge them under one umbrella called Augmented Analytics. They did this for two main reasons - to stay ahead of their contemporaries as well as expand their customer base by adopting a product subscription model.

Moonraft x Subex

Moonraft engaged with Subex as their strategic and design partners. We learnt Subex had invested a lot of time and resources in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. They imagined Augmented Analytics consist of many Data Wrangling products. Out of which one of the products we would end up designing was Data Management. The two initial asks were as follows -

Unify all the existing data analytical tools under one product

A product that is easy to understand by both technophiles/non-technophiles.

To envision and design a B2B telemetric product called Data Management with big data capabilities.

Role and Responsibility

As the Lead Designer I was responsible for envisioning the Augmented Analytics platform. For 6 months, I worked with a team of UI/UX designers and technical experts to successfully build the product. Over the course of the project I was involved in the following activities -

Ease the data transformation process by using predesigned templates of widgets and modules.

Monitor System Status

Analyse the health of the platform visually, from pipelines to the amount of memory being used.

Holistic Administration

A bird’s eye view of the whole platform allows the admin to better manage their team and pipelines.

Monitor Pipeline Health

The system presents existing anomalies, why they exist, and contextual actions in real time.
