Transnational Trip — Music Without Borders, Berlin
Angad Berar is a composer and guitarist from the unassuming industrial town of Noida, India, currently based in Berlin. His music blends 1960s psychedelia, krautrock, and Hindustani classical traditions into immersive, exploratory soundscapes.
Over the past five years, Berar has quietly carved out a niche as a studio-based composer, releasing a record almost every year. In 2025, with a newly formed live band, he began bringing his catalogue to the stage — performing both new and older works. Recent sets include appearances at Treffen Festival (Hamburg) and Transnational Trip (Berlin).
